1、Genera

The standard chemical pump of Model-CZ series is a horizontal,single-stage,and single-suction centrifugal pump,its sizeand property conform to the DlN 24256/1SO2858 standard.

The standard chemical pump of Model-CZ series have all those properties of thestandard chemical pump of Model-lH seriesits efficiency and cavitation property are be-tter,and it is alternative with the latter.

2.Usage

It is used for transmission of low ohigh temperature liquids,neutral or corros-ive liquids,clean or solid-granular-containingliquids.It is specially suitable for:

Chemical and petrochemical industries

Oil refinery plants

Paper mills and paper pulp industriesSugar industries

3.Properties

Operation temperature(t):-80℃~+300℃Its characteristics curve is even,itsvalue of cavitation is low,and it has highefficiency and maintains these propertieseven if not fully loaded.

4.Characteristics of design

The pressure force to the shaft soal isbalanced by the expeller or the balancinghole on the impeller.The shaft seal can besealed with soft stuffing materials(cooled ornot cooled )as well as single or double-end-faced ).The ball-bearingis endurable and thediameter of the shaft is abundance to guara-ntee the stable running.The casing of somespecifications is designed into the shape ofdouble volute casing to balance the radiaforce.The support stand of bearing, includingthe shaft,impeller, stuffing box,etc.,forms acombined unit so that the casing is not neededto be dismantled forms a combined unit sothat the casing is not needed to be disma-ntled from the pipes during maintenance(if lengthened shaft coupling is used,the mo-tor is not needed to be dismantled too).The flanges adopt two kinds, PN16 and PN25(according to the difference of the materials)Moreover,it can be used at ANSl125 psi or150 psi.

5.Transmission media

Inorganic or organic acids of different te-mperatures and concentrations,such as sulfateacid,nitrate acis ,hydrochloric acid, and pho-sphorus acid,etc.

Alkaline solutions of differcnt temperaturesand concentrations such as sodium hydroxideand sodium carbonate ,etc.

Various salt solutions.

Various liquid petrochemical products ,organic chemical compounds,and other corr-osive raw materials and products.

At present,the anti-corrosive materialsof our factory can meet the requirements ofthe various above-mentioned. When placingthe order,customers are suggested to prov-ide the detailed information of the medium tobe transmitted.

14.Ordering Instructions

1.Pump size,pump material,type of shaftsealing as well as driver should be deter-mined according to service condition .Andcapacity,total head,suction pressur , thename of medium,specific gravity and temperature of medium should be specified when ordering.

2.lf special type motor is required, thecustomer should specify the explosive proffgrade,rated output,freguency and voltage etc.

3.lf the customer requires to select me-chanical sealing.the type and size of mechanical sealing should be specified bycustomer in ordering.

4.The data listed in catalog can be selectedby customer with the range of the perfor-mance and the type of the impeller of theperformance should be specified.
